【摘要】:Flexuralstrengths,asdeterminedbyTestMethodC947,areusedforqualitycontrolanddesignofGFRCproductsandmaybeusedtoverifycompliancewithspecificationsandtocollectdatainresearchanddevelopmentprograms.Itis,therefore,importantthatcouponsbepreparedaccordingtoastandardpractice.ThecouponsareusedtomaketestspecimensforTestMethodC947andforTestMethodC1229todeterminetheamountofglassfiberreinforcementperunitvolumeofGFRCforqualitycontrolpurposes.1.1Thispracticecoverspreparationoftestcouponstobeusedintestsofplantmanufacturedthin-sectionglassfiberreinforcedconcrete(GFRC).1.2Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.1.3Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareprovidedforinformationonly.
